Welcome to ThriveTable. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ThriveTable's website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ThriveTable, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ThriveTable is an educational subscription app that provides:

• Audio lessons and resources created by a licensed occupational therapist
• An AI-powered feeding support assistant (“Ask AI”)
• Step-by-step frameworks and educational materials for parents of children with feeding challenges

The Ask AI feature is powered by artificial intelligence (Claude, developed by Anthropic). AI-generated responses:

• Are created automatically and may not always be accurate or complete
• Are not reviewed by a licensed professional before delivery
• Should not be relied upon for medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic decisions

ThriveTable does not store or review the content of your conversations with the Companion feature. Only anonymized topic categories are retained to guide content development.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for guidance specific to your child's needs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, audio recordings, written materials, frameworks, course content, and other resources on ThriveTable are the exclusive intellectual property of ThriveTable and its licensors, protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ThriveTable content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Prohibited Uses — Content Sharing

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, copy, record, screenshot, or republish any audio files, course materials, handouts, or other content from ThriveTable
• Share your account credentials with other individuals
• Use ThriveTable content for any commercial purpose
• Create derivative works based on ThriveTable content without prior written permission
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from ThriveTable content
• Train, fine-tune, or use ThriveTable content to develop any AI model, dataset, or competing product

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund and may subject you to legal liability under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Subscription and Billing

ThriveTable is offered as a subscription at $19.99/month or $99.99/year. Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current rate unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final. To request a refund, please email info@mythrivetable.com within the 7-day window with your purchase information.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or conduct that we determine to be harmful to ThriveTable or its users. Accounts terminated for cause will not receive a refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThriveTable and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThriveTable and its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

13. Web Portal and Subscription Terms

ThriveTable is available as both an iOS app and a web portal at mythrivetable.com. Subscriptions purchased through the web portal are processed by Stripe and are subject to our refund and cancellation policy below. Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Regardless of where you subscribe, your account gives you access to ThriveTable on all platforms where it is available.

14. Refund Policy (Web Subscriptions)

Web subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of your first subscription payment, contact us at info@mythrivetable.com for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are issued but you retain access until the end of your billing period.

iOS subscriptions: Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard refund policy.

15. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until then.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
